In the case of corporate donations to MONTIS, i.e., in terms of IRC:<\/u><\/p>\n

Donations received from corporate patrons fall within the scope of Article 62(6)(c) of the Tax Benefits Statute (EBF) and, therefore, are incurred at costs, in an amount corresponding to 120%<\/b> (Article 62(7)(a)).<\/p>\n

In the case of donations from individuals to MONTIS, i.e., in terms of personal income tax:<\/u><\/p>\n

Donations received from individuals are deductible from the collection in an amount corresponding to 25% of the amount delivered<\/b>, with a limit of 15% of the collection (in case they have not been accounted for as costs), in accordance with paragraph 1 of article 63 of the EBF.<\/p>\n

To enjoy the benefit, the donor must register the donated amount in the IRS declaration, using the codes indicated in the instructions in the corresponding annex. Keep the receipt: receipt<\/b> with the mention “donativo<\/b>“, if you paid in cash or cheque, or a receipt, if you made a transfer, direct deposit or opted for ATM.<\/p>\n
