The management of the land results from a management protocol made with Mrs. Rosa Maria Trindade, individually, with a duration of 10 years, starting in April 2020 and ending in the same month of 2030.<\/p>\n<p>The property is located between the quotas at 460 to 470 m. The property burned down in October 2017.<\/p>\n<p>The property&#8217;s soil alternates between granite outcrops and soils with apparently some depth and good moisture retention capacity.
